Garrison
Garrison is a Stockholm-based consultancy specializing in the development of digital products, services, and business systems. Founded in 2019, the company offers UX/UI design, frontend and backend development, SAP solutions, and system architecture .
The goal of this project was to redesign the website to better reflect the company's identity and values. The existing site felt overly tech-driven and dark which did not fully aligned with the company’s USP.

Design Process
Competitive analysis: We conducted a review of competitor websites to gather insights and identify industry benchmarks. This analysis helped us pinpoint design trends, user experience standards, and opportunities to differentiate our brand.
Site creation: We created a new sitemap to clearly visualize the restructured layout of the website. The previous version did not include dedicated content about our work, so we introduced a new page to showcase projects. This addition helps communicate our expertise and the value we deliver to clients. We then created low-fidelity layouts to plan user flow and page layout.
Brainstorming: We brainstormed and created moodboards to explore visual styles, color schemes, typography, and overall design direction. As part of the process, we looked at other websites for inspiration to better understand current design trends and gather ideas that align with our brand identity.
Results
Following our moodboarding and design exploration, we refined the visual identity to better align with our brand values. Key changes included:
Updated Color Palette: We removed green as the primary color and embraced a dark background paired with brighter, more expressive accents. These colors are now used throughout the site, not just in the illustrations, to better reflect their values: Engaging, Edgy and Fun.
Design System Implementation: A comprehensive design system was created to ensure consistency across pages and make future updates more efficient.
Shift to Authentic Imagery: We replaced generic illustrations with real photos of the team and workplace, adding warmth and personality to the site.
These updates resulted in a cleaner, more human-centered design that better communicates who Garrison are and what they do.
